Refund Policy

At Thistle Tavern Cards Ltd, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to make it right.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Digital Products: Refunds are not generally available for digital products, such as software downloads, online courses, or e-books.
  • Physical Products: Refunds are available for physical products, subject to the conditions described below.

Conditions for Refunds

  • Time Limit: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Product Condition: The product must be returned in its original condition, with all components and packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at support@thistletavern.com. We will review your request and provide instructions on how to return the product, if applicable.

Once we receive the returned product, we will process the refund, which may take up to 14 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions

In some cases, refunds may not be available. For example:

  • If the product is damaged or defective due to customer misuse.
  • If the product is used or opened.
  • If the product is not in its original condition, with all components and packaging.
  • If the product is a newly released item and the price has changed since you purchased it.
