Back-order Information
At Thistle Tavern Cards Ltd, we offer back-order options for some of our products, allowing you to order products we have currently sold out of but are able to re-supply. We understand that back-ordering can be an exciting way to get your hands on highly anticipated items, and we want to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our customers.
When you back-order an item from our store, please keep the following guidelines in mind:
- Delivery Dates: Back-order items are typically products that have not yet been delivered to us. We will usually be able to order and receive these products within 5-10 days, however we will let you know if the timeline is expected to be longer
- Order Fulfillment: If you order a back-order item along with non back-order items, please note that your entire order will be held until all items are available. This allows us to consolidate the shipment and ensure that you receive all your items together.
- Payment: When you place a back-order, we will collect payment immediately allowing us to dispatch the items as soon as they become available.
- Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your back-order, please contact us as soon as possible. We understand that plans can change, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, please note that once an item has been released and shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
