Community at our heart
Local Player access & fair purchase rules
Community is at the heart of Thistle Tavern. Our Local Player system helps active players access selected products and pre-orders, keeping stock available for our gaming community and helping us tackle scalping.
How access works
Sign in with the account you use for event bookings. Three separate qualifying in-store event orders within the last 56 days qualify you as a Local Player. Online bookings and till purchases both count when linked to your account.
Members can also order eligible in-store-only products online. Sign in to see the access available on your account.
Eligibility is reviewed regularly, and access can expire if you no longer qualify.
Purchase conditions
Online orders for restricted products are subject to our Terms & Conditions and any displayed purchase limits. Limits can differ between product options, so please check the limit for your selection.
Product seals: We may open or break the product's factory seal before dispatch or collection to discourage resale.
Keeping it fair
Trying to bypass purchase limits or access checks, including using multiple accounts or splitting orders to evade restrictions, may result in your Local Player privileges and access to restricted products being suspended or revoked.
